Three spacious well appointed bedrooms two of which have four post beds, one is a barley twist kingsize the other is a 7ft emperor bed with a mirrored ceiling. The Drawing room has a 48" flat screen TV, the Granite kitchen has every modern convenience. From the penthouse you overlook Rye and can see the curve of the Earth. We offer one of the few Self catering with off road parking, free internet. The large gardens offer the opportunity to relax and unwind. In the winter the penthouse is extremely warm du to over specified central heating to rest assured you will be comfortable. With the B&B we also offer a familty of 12 can have a great time.
